Tzatziki sauce can be frozen in tight-scealed plastic containers. Allways thaw it in the fridge and stir it well before serving. Tzatziki sauce goes perfectly with meats (especially grilled), grilled fish, burgers and sandwiches, pita wraps, potatoes (mashed and baked), and falafel and saussages. It can also be used as a salad and vegetable dressing or as a dip for chips and crackers. In short, your imagination is the only limit. Tzatziki sauce can help reduce appetite, regulate hunger hormones and increase metabolism. |
