Pear, Vanilla and Ginger Smoothie

(Multiply all the ingredients above by the number of portions you wish to obtain)

  1. Peel the pear. Slice it into medium pieces. Discard the heart in the compost.
  2. Place all the ingredients into an electric mixer and mix until a smooth and homogeneous texture is obtained.
  3. Cool, serve and enjoy.
