- In a bowl, combine the flour with a pinch of salt and pepper. In another bowl, beat the egg with the milk. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Place an onion ring in the flour then in the egg / milk and finally in the breadcrumbs.
- Put the onions to cook in the fryer at 350 °F (175 °C) for 3 minutes. Serve hot with your favorite condiments: ketchup, honey, mayo, etc.
