Fresh Beet Juice

INGREDIENTS

  1. Peel the beets, wash beets in cold water and strain them well.
  2. Cut them in small pieces.
  3. In a mixer or blender, puree the beets by gradually adding a bit of water until smooth and homogenous.
  4. In a strainer placed over a big bowl, strain well with a plastic ladle until juice is competely removed.
  5. Slowly pour the sugar in the juice and mix well.
  6. Add the lemon juice and mix well.
  7. Keep mixing until sugar is completely melt.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy.
