Clementine and Vanilla Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

(Multiply all the ingredients above by the number of portions you wish to obtain)

  1. Peel the clementines. Optionally, depending on the quantity, you can save the peels to make a marmalade (see clementine marmalade recipe)
  2. Slice the clementines and pit the slices, if needed.
  3. In a mixer or blender, place all the ingredients and mix until a smooth and homogeneous texture is obtained.
  4. Cool, serve and enjoy.

  2. Proteins : 1.8 + 4 = 5.8 g

NOTES:
Preparation time increases with the number of portions prepared or ingredients added, if any.
You can replace 3 clementines with 3 mandarines or a big orange (Nutritional Facts vary in this case).
Optionally, top your clementine smoothie with a hint of whipped cream at service time (not counted for in the Nutritional Facts above).
Clementine smoothie can be freezed in tight containers without property loss for up to 1 year.
