Slow Cooker (Crock-Pot®) Beer Chicken

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

  1. Lightly spray your slow cooker with oil.
  2. Gently lift the skin of your chicken and season the chicken generously under and on the skin.
  3. Place the chicken in the slow cooker.
  4. Pour the beer.
  5. Add spices where the beer removed it.
  6. Cook at "LOW" for 8 hours.
  7. Remove from the slow cooker. Put on a baking sheet and cook in BROIL for 2 to 5 minutes to make the skin crisp.
