Oven-Roasted Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper.
  3. Wash and rinse the potatoes well.
  4. Cut the potatoes into cubes of about 1/2 inch (1 cm).
  5. Place the potatoes in a large bowl and add the oil. Mix well.
  6. Sprinkle paprika, salt, pepper, parsley and chives while mixing.
  7. Transfer to the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes. Turn at half time.
  9. At the end, toss the potatoes a little and broil them for 2 to 4 minutes to make them crisp.
NOTES:
If you don't have fresh parsleyl and chives, you can use dried parsley and chives. The taste will be almost identical.
