Beer Marinated Garlic Frog Legs

Beer Marinated Garlic Frog Legs

MARINATING: 12 hours
COOKING: 10 minutes
TOTAL: 12 hours 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

  1. In a covered container, marinate the frog legs in the beer in the refrigerator for 12 hours or more. Do not thaw in the microwave.
  2. Drain the legs and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. Sprinkle each side with the herbs, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. In a skillet, preheat the butter or oil over medium heat. Be careful not to overheat.
  5. Add the garlic, then grill the thighs on both sides until golden brown to taste.
  6. Serve with lemon slices and buttered rice (see recipe).
NOTES:
You can optionally garnish the cabbage with sour cream and serve it with Traditional Romanian Cornbread (Mămăligă) (see recipe).
